Build healthy habits while you take a quick break from work
1. Create lists of small habits you'd like to practice while you take a break from working. These could be "Mediate for 5 min.", "Drink water", or "Get outside". Specify how many times you want to do each task in a day.
2. Select which lists you want to pull tasks from.
3. Whenever you need a break, hit the "I need a break" button to see a random habit from your lists
4. Complete your habit and mark it as done.
5. Celebrate your progress! Try to get through all your habits before the counter resets at midnight
